How to Connect Our Products to Alexa
Note：1.Please download the Amazon Alexa APP before connecting, and make sure that the Alexa account is successfully logged in.
2.Make sure that the Alexa speaker and the device to be bound are powered on and connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Method 1:Bind quickly via Gosund APP
1.Open Our' s APP, click "Me" in the lower right corner, and then click the " Alexa" icon in the "Third-Party Voice Services" menu.
Please update the APP to version 3.22.5 or above.
2.Click "Sign In With Amazon" at the bottom of the page.
3.Click "LINK" at the bottom of the page.
4.Alexa, increase air conditioner by 3 degrees.
Method 2: Add skills via Alexa APP
1.Open Amazon Alexa APP and select Skills & Games", as shown in the figure below.
2.Click "Search" icon and enter "Gosund"，as shown in the following figure.
3.Find "Gosund", click "Enable To Use" and sign in to your APP account to enable the skill. As shown in the figure below:
4.Then the device can be controlled through Alexa.
5.Now you can begin your smart home journey.
How to Connect Devices to Google Assistant
Note：Support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.
1.Open the Google Assistant APP and login in.
2.Tap your account name of the upper right corner.
3.Click"Devices" to add devices.
4.Find "Link a smart home device" and click it.
5.Enter the next APP interface to search and click the "Gosund smart".
6.Enter your APP account and password, then tap"Link Now".
7.Now you can begin your smart home journey.
